A Community of Adventurers
Below are several resources that we recommend visiting to grow your outdoor knowledge:
How big does the fish need to be?
Get all the info you need about the fishing seasons, how many fish you can keep, and the size the fish needs to be. All this info can be found her at the regulations page of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
Recreational Hunting & Fishing Licenses & Permits
Visit the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to get your permits. Their mission is to conserve fish and wildlife resources for their long-term well-being and the benefit of people. We are always mindful that Florida’s fish and wildlife belong to the people of Florida, and the FWC is entrusted by the people of Florida to take care of these precious resources.
Windfinder
Windfinder offers wind forecasts and weather forecasts for over 40000 places worldwide that are of relevance to kitesurfers, windsurfers, surfers, sailors and paragliders. Most of these places are sites where such sports are carried out, as well as marinas, or takeoff or landing sites.
Southern Kingfish Association (S. K. A.)
Founded in 1991 on the Georgia coast, this membership-driven organization has been the premier sanctioning body for king mackerel tournaments. The S. K. A. Website is a great resource to check out!
Local Guides
We get lots of local guides coming through shop, so we decided to create an area where their information can be easily and readily obtainable.
